StoriiCare’s Forms Analytics feature provides a powerful way to gain insights from your form submissions. Analytics can be configured for forms with dropdown options, radio buttons, or checkboxes, allowing you to track and analyze responses in a visual format. You can configure these settings for any form and generate detailed reports that can be exported as a CSV or PDF file.

Steps to Configure Forms Analytics:

1. Log in to StoriiCare: Use your credentials to sign into your account.

2. Access your profile: Click on your staff profile icon and enter your password for verification.

3. Navigate to the Form Builder: From the main menu on the left, click on Form Builder.

4. Select the form: Choose the form for which you want to configure analytics.

5. Open the form settings: Once the form is open, click on the fields you wish to configure analytics for. Only fields that are dropdown options, radio buttons, or checkboxes can be used.

6. Include in Analytics: Check the "Include in Analytics" box for the selected fields.

7. Configure analytical names: Assign an analytical name for each field. If multiple fields across different forms share the same analytical name, their data will be aggregated together in analytics reports, providing greater flexibility in data aggregation.

8. Submit forms to collect data: Once the form is live and submissions are received, analytics data will start generating based on the responses.

9. View analytics:

- Navigate to the Analytics feature.

- In the chart dropdown, select the form for which you want to view analytics.

- Apply filters as needed to adjust the results.

10. Export results: You can export the results as a PDF or CSV file using the export options provided.
