Availity is StoriiCare’s preferred clearinghouse partner for clients seeking reimbursement through insurance claims. While StoriiCare pays for your Availity login, it’s important to note that we are not directly integrated with Availity. Providers can use StoriiCare to calculate rates and amounts owed, which are then submitted through Availity.

Key Points of the StoriiCare & Availity Partnership:

1. Flexible Clearinghouse Options: While Availity is our preferred partner, providers are welcome to use any clearinghouse of their choice.

2. Separate Support and Training: Availity has its own support and training methods. For any issues or questions related to Availity, providers should reach out to Availity’s support team and help center.

3. Comprehensive Claims Management: StoriiCare helps you accurately calculate rates and amounts owed, which are then submitted through Availity. This includes eligibility checks, claims submission, and claims status checks, ensuring a smooth and efficient claims process.

4. Cost Coverage: StoriiCare covers the cost of your Availity login, making it easier for you to manage your claims without additional expenses.

5. Secure and Compliant Process: Both StoriiCare and Availity adhere to high standards of security and compliance, ensuring your data is protected throughout the claims process.

Getting Started

  1. Create your Availity account via Availity's Signup Page. (For Adult Day Centers, choose the 'Caregiver or atypical provider' option). Ensure you have your Business Registration, Address and NPI number available.

  2. Invite StoriiCare to manage and pay for your Essentials Plus Account. Navigate to the 'Add User' option under the 'Account' dropdown in the top right of the screen. Enter User ID " StoriiCare " and check the 'This is an existing user ID' box.

  1. For Availity training, click the 'Help & Training' dropdown in the top right of your Availity login or access their support community.

  2. Inform the StoriiCare team that you have invited them to manage your account. (Preferably via support@storii.com or live chat)
