When StoriiCare is not Loading

Edited

If StoriiCare is not loading for you, here are a few steps you can try before contacting StoriiCare Support.

Try a Hard Refresh

Please try refreshing the page using a hard refresh. Clicking the "Refresh" arrow on your browser address bar is not a hard refresh. Here's how you can clear your cache through a hard refresh on any browser:

Google Chrome

  • Windows users: hold down Ctrl and then press F5 on your keyboard

  • Mac users: hold down Cmd and Shift and then press R on your keyboard

Firefox

  • For Windows users: hold down Ctrl and then press F5 on your keyboard

  • Mac users: hold down ? Cmd and ? Shift and then press R on your keyboard

Safari (Mac)

  • Go to Safari > Empty Cache, or hit Opt + Cmd + E

  • To refresh, click the refresh button on the address bar or press Cmd + R

Internet Explorer/Microsoft Edge (Windows)

  • Hold down Ctrl and then press F5 on your keyboard

Check Your Internet Connection

It could be the case that you need to restart your router or connect to a different network if the signal is too weak. You can also check what internet speed you are getting.

Check Your Browser

StoriiCare will work on any web browser, but we recommend Chrome. If you are using an alternative web browser, please try using Chrome or testing to see if StoriiCare will load on a different browser than the one you are currently using.

Update Your App

If using the StoriiCare App on a tablet or mobile device, ensure your app does not need to be updated. Most devices will automatically update apps but it could be that the settings on your device require manual updates. If this is the case, here are instructions for how to update an app.

Update Android Apps

Update Apple Apps
