A Guide to Visit Notes

The Visit Notes feature is used to record key notes or visits by or for third party providers such as Doctors, Dieticians and Dentists.
Visit Notes functionality is similar to that of progress notes, allowing users to enter quick and formatted notes. Since the feature is accessible only within the profile of a Service User, there is no ability to tag a Service User in a note.
When opening a specific Visit Note square, you will find the ability to set a contact for that specific profession. This dropdown will display a number of contacts to choose from, pulling information from the contacts feature, within the categories: Pharmacy, Doctors, Mental Health and Emergency.
