How to Link a Payer to a Service User

If your Payer doesn't exist in StoriiCare yet, you'll need to create a new Payer before you can link it to a Service User.
How to create a new Payer
From Billing, click on Payers
Click Create New Payer
Select the Payer Type, type in the Name, and select or add new Contact Details
Click Save
How to Assign a Payer to a Service User/Participant
From Billing, click on Participants (this term may be different relative to your account settings)
Locate the participant you need to link payers to and click Payer(s)
From here, you can click on the payer(s) and Save
How to Set a Payer to be Default
From Billing, click on Participants (this term may be different relative to your account settings)
Locate the participant and click Payer(s)
If there is only one payer, this will automatically be set as the default payer. If there are multiple payers, you'll have the option to toggle which payer should be set as default
